Public information meetings were held in various locations throughout the corridor during the fourth quarter of 2008:
- December 2nd Ramsey
- December 2nd Centralia
- December 3rd Vandalia
The purpose of PIM #2 was to give the public the opportunity to comment on the Purpose and Need document before it was finalized and presented at the February NEPA meeting. The Purpose and Need document was developed with the help of the RAGs, CAGs, and the Project Study Group.
